T'ai Chi is a series of exactly prescribed movements that flow into one another in slow motion, increasing balance, joint flexibility and proper alignment of the musculoskeletal system. It enhances cardiovascular health, improves mental awareness, digestion, blood circulation and strengthens the function of the internal organs. The peaceful mental atmosphere created by T'ai Chi movement allows negative thought patterns to dissolve and be replaced by positive, life-enforcing attitudes.
Instructor Craig Bundick has been studying and practicing T'ai Chi for 20 years. His teaching style is clear, practical and inspiring.
