A regular, on-going practice is the surest way to see the results you're looking for. 

Our class packages are priced so the more often you come, the cheaper it gets. The auto-renew option signs you up automatically each month so you don't even have to think about it. Just show up and practice whenever it fits your schedule — a great way to keep the cost down while encouraging a more regular practice.

A three-month initial commitment is required when signing up for the auto-debit package.

private & semi-private class prices

Sometimes the best way to learn is with the undivided attention of an experienced teacher. Whether you want to take one class to work through a specific question or you'd like to look deeper into your practice over a series of classes, we can help. Just as with our on-going classes, the cost goes down the more classes you take. Feel free to call and discuss the benefits of private instruction.

Prices may increase for off-site classes further than five miles from the Yoga Garden.
