Come join us to experience how meditation nurtures self-discovery and restores a sense of calm, ease and well-being. You will be guided through the five essential practices of body scan, sitting, movement, walking and compassion meditation.

Learn simple meditation practices to help cultivate more mindful responses to the pressures of parenthood, bringing your actions into alignment with your innate sense of kindness and wisdom. This is a wonderful forum for sharing and learning alongside other parents seeking a more balanced approach to raising their children.
