Come join us to experience how meditation nurtures self-discovery and restores a sense of calm, ease and well-being. You will be guided through the five essential practices of body scan, sitting, movement, walking and compassion meditation. We will also explore mindfulness through an exercise known as raisin meditation, bringing fuller awareness to simple daily activities such as eating. (These are very popular classes, so we encourage you register early. Space will be limited to 20 students.)
