Customized Therapeutic Massage
This is the kind of massage I specialize in because over the years I’ve learned it’s what almost everyone really needs. When you’re not at ease, when your neck and shoulders are tight, when you have back pain or neck pain, you need skills that go beyond a plain-vanilla Swedish massage.
$80 for one hour, $105 for an hour and a half.
Craniosacral Therapy
This light-touch therapy releases tension patterns held in the body that can cause pain and other wide-ranging negative effects on health and functioning. Often used for headaches (including migraines), it’s also one of the most de--stressing forms of bodywork you’ll ever experience.
$80/session (45 – 55 minutes)
Half-and-half
We can do a great upper-body massage plus craniosacral treatment in 60 minutes. Ninety minutes allows time for massage to additional body areas, and more time for the body to give releases during craniosacral work.
$80 for one hour, $105 for an hour and a half.
Massage during & after Pregnancy
I am specialty-certified for massage during and after pregnancy. Massage can prevent or relieve common discomforts of pregnancy such as back pain and leg swelling, and speed recovery after delivery. $80 for one hour

Amy Nash is a long-time student of The Yoga Garden and a graduate of the 702-hour Massage Therapy program at the Massage Arts Center of Philadelphia. She offers Swedish massage incorporating techniques used in deep tissue, shiatsu, and Reiki. She brings to the table a holistic philosophy of health with an intention of mindfulness and compassion.
