About Our Classes
Our adult yoga and Pilates classes are ongoing. You may use a class card or pay as a drop-in. You are welcome to attend any classes which suit your level of ability. Please call before attending your first class. We are happy to help you choose classes that will best meet your needs.
Our prenatal, kids, mom and baby, teen girls, T'ai Chi, Qi Gong, and therapeutic yoga classes run in sessions. Please call for information and to register.
In all our classes we encourage students to honor their inner wisdom by nurturing body, mind, and spirit with awareness and self-acceptance.

Gentle Yoga...for those who need or want a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience. Lots of stretching as well as postures, pranayamas (breathing practices) and deep relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga...good for beginners to more advanced practictioners, this fitness-based approach to yoga consists of a quick pace of continuous flowing movement linked with breath. Every class starts with a warm up and works into challenging sun salutations, ending with deep relaxation. Alignment oriented, emphasis on strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.

Vigorous Vinyasa...A steady flow of postures uniting breath with movement, this class is for students who enjoy exploring their own personal "edge" in an environment designed to foster discovery without competition. Be prepared to sweat.

All Levels Yoga...open to beginners, as well as experienced students. Enjoy the variety of different teachers and styles, as you adapt the practice to the needs of your body and spirit in each moment.

Yin Yoga...A calming practice with an emphasis on increasing flexibility, range of motion and energy movement deep within the body. Postures are held for long periods of time, allowing students to connect with their breath and relax into the stretch. For students seeking the contemplative aspects of Yoga, while being challenged to stay present in the holding.

Pilates...improve posture, alignment, and core strength as you take charge of your well-being.

 

New LUCHTIME YOGA with Georgette
Starting Wed. April 16
12 noon to 12:50 pm

Enjoy stretching, breathing, simple yoga postures, & meditative silence.
No experience necessary. This is yoga that everyone can do!

6 week session starts Wed. April 16
Fee: $75
Drop-ins Welcome $15 per class
