We want every class you take to be the best experience it can be. All of our on-going classes are clearly explained below so the class you take will be the one that's right for you. Because these are on-going classes, you can show up as often as you like, just check the Class Schedule for days and times. If you have any questions about a class, feel free to call or email. We’ll be glad to hear what it is you’re looking for, and suggest the perfect fit.
gentle yoga
For those who want a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience with lots
of stretching and breathing exercises and deep relaxation. This class
is perfect for maintaining or expanding your current range of motion as
well as creating a more conscious connection between your body and

classic yoga - level 1
With a focus on developing proper alignment and breathing techniques, this class is a great way to build a solid foundation for your yoga practice. A combination of standing and seated postures at a pace that allows for close attention from the teacher. Open to beginners and students looking to re-visit the essential elements of their practice. classic yoga - level 2
For students looking for a moderately physical yoga experience, this class emphasizes alignment, breathing and mental focus. At times challenging, but always balanced, this is a perfect class for students who are familiar with a range of basic yoga postures. (back to top)
flow yoga - level 1
A soothing pace defines this flowing sequence, ideal for beginning students and those who want the satisfaction of a flowing class with mild physical effort. Breathing exercises and gentle stretches combine to help you focus your mind and open your body. (back to top)
flow yoga - level 2
For students who are familiar with a range of basic postures and are looking to expand their practice while increasing strength, agility and focus. This flowing class is open to beginners and experienced students alike, and is perfectly suited for those who enjoy a moderate physical workout. (back to top)
flow yoga - level 3
A physically challenging approach to yoga for students seeking to explore their personal edge through intermediate and advanced postures at a faster pace. Recommended for students in good physical condition. (back to top)
yoga fusion - level 1
Appropriate for beginners, this class combines elements of Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, creating a gentle flowing sequence to open the body. It then transitions to finish with long-held, supported postures done in seated and reclining positions. A perfect balance of movement and stillness. (back to top)
yoga fusion - level 2
Combining elements of Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga, this class begins with a moderately paced flowing sequence to stretch and tone the body. The pace slows down in the second half to guide students through long-held seated and reclining postures where breath and body awareness gently replace movement. (back to top)
ashtanga yoga
This tradtional sequence of movements flows steadily through standing and seated postures, then into back bends and inversions for a full-body workout. There is a strong emphasis on connecting breath, movement and mental focus, creating a physically challenging practice but one that's easily modified to varying abilities. (back to top)
kundalini yoga
An invigorating yoga sequence that provides an active workout to develop inner peace and physical strength. Kundalini is a powerful spiritual energy within all of us. Based on ancient healing techniques from India, Kundalini Yoga helps you unlock this energy, strengthening the body, quieting the mind and freeing the spirit. (back to top)
yin yoga
A calming practice with an emphasis on increasing your flexibility, range of motion and energy movement deep within the body. Postures are held for long periods of time, allowing students to connect with their breath and relax into the stretch. prenatal yoga
Your pregnancy is a time of awesome change. This nurturing, therapeutic class is designed just for you and your growing baby. We'll help you enhance your overall health and wellbeing, relax and trust your body, and prepare for labor and delivery. Create a spiritual connection with your baby in a community of mothers-to-be. pilates mat - level 1
