In this easy, four-week program you'll learn: Basic yoga postures so
you can follow along in any of the open classes at the
Yoga Garden: Breathing techniques to calm the mind and soothe the
senses: Variations on the basic yoga postures so you can adapt the
practice to your own needs.
You'll come out of the classes feeling relaxed and ready to make yoga a
part of your healthy lifestyle! And when you're done, we'll work with
you one-on-one to select teachers and classes at the Yoga Garden who
